ABOUT PROJECT
Introduction
Agensi Pekerjaan Kawasamas (M) Sdn Bhd is a very traditional maid agency, in world of 2020 traditional business may eliminate by technology company. Hence, we are planning to digital our business model in to a brand new platform for maid.
Vision
Our company vision is to help more underprivilege people to get a good job.
The Problem
In the market now is difficult to find a reliable agency and hard to source a good maid. The most serious is many illegal agents is promoting their service when the customer get cheated by the illegal agent they will feel that all agency is the same. In Malaysia have a very serious shortage of supply housemaid. Many agencies do not have enough stock to supply this causing many illegal agent taking advantage to promote their services.
Target Market / Market Size
In Malaysia total estimation of foreign worker in 2017 was record estimation as 2.96-3.26 Million, 7% of total is domestic helper (maid) which estimate is 207200 - 228,200.
Estimation of the renewal income for government for 200,000 x RM 610 (visa fee) is RM 122 Million., if we can get 0.5% of the group is RM610K.
Estimation of apply new maid from 200,000 if we can get 0.5% new client whch is 1000 new case, if our target net profit is RM1000 x 1000 new case is RM1 Million net profit every year.
The Solution
Kawasama is planning to create a new platform to promote our service to the whole Malaysia and future will enter the ASEAN country market.
This platform is create to solve :
1) the shortage of the maid in the market (link direct from Malaysia to Philippine)
2) promoting user engage legal agency only.
3) faster the processing timeline
4) reduce the cost
5) customer can directly select a maid from platfrom instead go thru all hassle.
6) customer can interview direct with the maid they select and discuss the term and conditions.
Competition
In Malaysia there is 921 legal agency and Philippine government only recongize (who register with Philippine government) 211 agency.
Who is using any technology platform to run their business so far is none of them. In Malaysia there is many partime cleaning like : maideasy, kamdim, servicehero but nevertheless none of them promoting a full time maid service.
Full time maid services can be a niche market but right now there is no competition, if we putting the aim in ASEAN country, this can be RM 100 MIllion project.
Company Performance
Our company running a good sale growth compare in year 2018 RM500K to year 2019 RM 600K (non audited account) and year 2020 target is RM 800K.
We are still maintaning in a very small skill and traditional way of doing business. We are expecting to growth our sale performance by 50-100% by using the platfrom our sale in 2021 estimate in RM1.2-RM1.6Mil.
Product
We are very specialist in Philippine housemaid in the market. In the future we may enter Indoesia, Cambodia and Vietnam market to bring in more country housemaid.

预计申请女佣的客户从200,000 我们可以拿到0.5％就是 1000新案例，如果新女佣的估计利润为1000令吉 x 1000客户就是每年有1百万令吉的净利润。
解决方案
KAWASAMA正计划创建一个新平台，以将我们的服务推广到整个马来西亚，未来将进入东盟国家市场。
创建该平台是为了解决以下问题：
1）市场上女佣的短缺（直接从马来西亚到菲律宾的链接）。
2）推广用户使用合法代理。
3）加快处理时间。
4）降低成本。
5）客户可以直接在平台选择一位女佣。
6）客户可以直接与他们选择的女佣面谈，并讨论条款和条件。
竞争
在马来西亚，有921家合法代理机构，而菲律宾政府仅认可（在菲律宾政府注册的）211家代理机构。
到目前为止，暂时没有任何一家女佣机构在使用任何技术平台开展业务。在马来西亚，有许多对清洁服务的平台，例如：maideasy，kamdim，servicehero，但其中没有任何一个平台有提倡全职女佣服务。
全职女佣服务可能是一个利基市场，但现在没有竞争，如果我们把目标放在东盟国家，这可能是1亿令吉的项目。

我们公司的销售增长良好，2018年为50万令吉，2019年为60万令吉（未经审计的账户），而2020年的目标是80万令吉。 我们仍然是非常小的人力和传统的经商方式进行维护。我们预计，在2021年通过使用平台我们的销售业绩将增长50-100％预计销售 RM120-RM160万.

Agensi Pekerjaan Kawasama (M) Sdn Bhd is establish in year 1982, we have a very solid client base, every year we are helping 150-200 client find the right maid to the client. Finding a suitable maid is not a easy job and time consuming. To match the best maid with employer we will personally interview the client and also the maid, every month we are flying to Philippine to source the correct maid for our client. All the maid agency still using the same way of doing business. In the world of 2020 we want to changing the traditional way of doing business but creating a new platform linking directly the applicant from their home country and client can personally interview them and select them thru of platform. This will spend up the process and minimize all the misunderstanding term and condition.
